If you have to do it on all screen, I guess you could just remove the picture representing the orange star. 

There many ways you can achieve it like in property advanced tab we have something like column inclusion(dropdown select required), another way you can achieve it through declare constraint rule, otherwise on submit write validate rule

This seems to be the perfect use-case for validate rules!
