How can i use UI formats from skin rule in custom control

For example: How can I use Case title formatting defined for Text in Skin rule in a custom control which we have written

could you please try applying CSS rule defined in skin rule under presentation tab (cell read-write classes/cell read-only classes) and share your observations, Thank you!
