Also have you included any section in the HomeWorklist? If yes please remove that and check

In this section you are embedded repeating dynamic layout, I think the problem is in repeating the dynamic layout section in that some OOTB rules are not inherited for this section so it is triggering an error. Please check the repeating dynamic layout section

How is it possible that OOTB rules aren't inherited if they're within the inheritance? Is this a bug?
Below is another instance of the error. I cant remove the error without creating an overriding rule in my application ruleset.
