Typical bandwidth requirements per Customer Service user
My Customer is asking for some ballpark figures to perform a network impact assessment for operating Pega CS. Specifically,
- Average bandwidth requirement per user
- Peak bandwidth requirement per user
I realise this might be a 'piece of string' question, but can anyone suggest any answers that might give a reasonable picture. I might like to answer with,
- What is the minimum bandwidth below which the ootb Pega CS application would be unusable?
- 200 KBps?
- What bandwidth might support some of the more intensive operations and a meaningful SLA?
- 5 MBps?
Any suggestions gratefully received.
