Track Security for Non-SSO in PRPC v6.1/5.5

Is there a provision in pega version 6.1/5.5

- to restrict  unsuccessful attempts to login and limit it by a specific  number ?

- System should terminate the login session if the time taken to login is exceeded - the system should not prompt for re-authentication

You can probably look for settings at your server like 'LockOutRealm' in tomcat.
