Top Exception Item Offenders Percentage Saved showing as zero in AES
Hi,
In AES, we are observing that -- " Fixing these issues will improve quality by up to 0% "
Percentage Saved showing as zero. Do we know why this is happening ? Also, if someone product team can comment on how this Value is calculated ?

On reviewing the corresponding SR, we see that it has been resolved. SA-52359 was created as a result of the investigation. Please reference that if you have the same question.

From the outset the message looks like a bug however BUG-314405 is related to alerts and exceptions which shows zero and negative in scorecards and dashboards .
Please raise a SR with GCS to have a look into the issue .
