Is there a Utility/Facility to flush/clear/delete entries in a queue processor?
After an upgrade from 7.3.1 to pega 8.2.1 we are testing few things on a stage regading pegachat. We see taht for somereason the chat OOTB queue processors have thousands of entries ready to process state( for example cyUpdateConversationSchema, cyFetchRoutingDestination).. Is there a way/utility using which we can flush these queue processors . In 7.3 queue entries are rows/records in pr_sys_* tables and we understand that these are not DB table entries and related to kafka nodes/ file system.
* This doesnt have to be just chat queue processors, please treat as a generic question for the capabilities of flushing the queue processors.

Hi,
Did you try to use the Admin Studio landing page for queue processors and click on the items to flush them? it works similar to the broken items queue in earlier versions of Pega. It would be good if you can provide some more information on these. There are also pega APIs available to operate on the Queue processor items using the QueueId and item id. You can use this API also to perform the operation.
