PSOR means Pega System Of Record. Were you able to obtain the Russian Language Pack?
If not, Shahi since the Russian Language Pack is not available on PSOR how should customers go about requesting it?

Sorry for the late update in this mesh post. Forgot to update this mesh page after the release. The Russian Language Pack for ML6 is available on PSOR system.

Enter an SR with GCS (via the My Support Portal) requesting the latest Russian Language Pack. Once complete, you will be able to download the media from the PDN.
