Is there a PDF with OOTB Functionality for end users of Cases

Looking for a PDF that will provide all of the OOTB functionality for the end user for Cases. I am not having much luck finding anything online. Can someone direct me to the link when this is published?

Hi AliciaC8,

Just trying to understand further what functionality you are attempting to find and with regards to what version of Pega.    The latest version 7.2.2 is GA.  From what I have seen, there is nothing that can't be addressed in a general sense but some specifics might not be able to be addressed but you might have to be more specific in your question so resident experts can answer your question(s) more deterministic-ally.  

What version are you currently on?  or have you been tasked with performing feature/product comparisons?
