Pega Email Listener can attach the Original inbound email as an attachment and also any attachment that email contains as an attachment in a case.
My requirement is -
I receive an inbound email (lets say Email 1) which has another Email (Email 2) as an attachment. Now Email 2 has attachments (lets say attachment1 and attachment 2). I need to separately attach Email1, Email 2, Attachment 1 and attachment 2 to the Case and visible separately in the attachments section in the right panel.
What is the approach to follow to achieve this?

We have a requirement to identify the main email attachment from attached email.

You have to write a customized Java function in order to achieve your goal. As of now there is no OOTB functionality which fetches the second level email body.

Thanks for your quick reply. Can you please explain how can we differentiate the attached email from the main email ( As both were attached as .eml format in pyAttachmentPage) ?
