How to attach files from a case to another case in another application which is created via CreateCAse API which is OOTB
Hi Guys , I have a requirement that From CASE A which is in application A all the attachments need to be populated on CASE B which is application B and it is created via CreateCAse API -- how should I send the inputs or the attachments from CASE A to this API

@VIJAYADARAMThe attachment is an instance in of Data-WorkAttach which you can see in the case ID, you can find the the pzinkey of the following and than use an activity with link method to link this to the new workobject.

Hi @gasharma, when attachment from same application need to be tagged to multiple cases, creating a link instance will do to show the same attachment for new case. but how to handle when the attachment itself is in another application. i have gone through attachment/upload API but i have few question on what is the content which property to be used for content and how to send the content.

@DeepaM45 you need to pass the pyattachstream from the other application, and in the receiving application you need to use that attach stream and initiate an attachment page of data-work-attachfile and link it to work object.
