I do not believe so. That being said, if you're experiencing what you believe is a bug, searching for it on the PDN may lead you to an SA that will direct you to a hotfix. If not, entering a support request is your next best option.

We don't have this kind of feature in support portal also because we always instruct our customers to apply hotfixes for what they need, not apply all the hotfixes rather Pega suggests to go for the Upgrade to higher version.
