Is there any filter Criteria in BIX to Extract defined set of records (Ex: 100 for each extract) from the source?

My Business team want to extract the defined set of records from the source. Lets say I have 500 records to be extracted, I want only chunks of 100 records every time so that this can be faster and business users can get updated data sooner. Is there a property to set the volume limit?

 

Also I have a requirement to extract the timeline limit. For example, business wants to see an extract every 15 min. Is there a way to do it? I am planning to set the restriction on the count so that 15 min extraction can be achievable. Is there a property with this? Please let me know your thoughts.
