Is there any easier way to stop multiple agents without stopping all in the full Ruleset

Our Pega application depends on the other legacy application which extracts files daily. If extracting fails we need to stop multiple agents in SME. The multiple agents are ran by separate team which don't have the knowledge in Pega. Is there any easier way to stop multiple agents without stopping all in the full ruleset.
