Administrator tasks: Stop all agents from one application
Hi,
I often have to stop all agents from one app and then start them again.
Is it possible to automate this into an activity or something else? This would save us a lot of time.

Hi ArjanM04,
You can write an activity where to get a list of instances under DATA-AGENT-QUEUE class.
Then disable the schedule intance using the pyEnable property.
Then save the instance again. This will get a max of 5 mins to reflect in the SMA but soon all the agent schedule instances will get diabled with a message saying "Manually Terminated".

Write an activity to get the list of agents instances from "Rule-Agent-Queue" class by filtering in the OOTB agents.
Set the .pyEnable as false for each & save the record.
