Temporary work object with Document
Hi Team,
I have implemented screen flow to capture in pystartcase , and i have checked create temp case.
After end of screen flow i have used "Persist Case".
Issue: Pega is not supporting attaching document using " Add File" OOTB during new case status.
The documents will not persist with out case creation ? As per requirement we need to attach documents and UI data.
Please let me know if any one implemented.

Hi,
Am not finding which solution to follow, Please cascade to me . In bank of america they want to implement this. Users are creating numerous case they have to create a case with doc only. otherwise they are facing reporting issues or closing the case. Please help me.
in the link suggested to use temp work object with Persist Case, I tried but am unable to achieve.

Yes, even i am trying for the same requirement. When it is a temporary case with attach document. even though we use persist smart shape we are unable to get document attached.
Could someone please suggest on this. Thanks
