Task are getting set to "Resolved-Cancel" in prod

Team, 

We have developed a tool for our Door to door reps using sales automation. Some of the task in prod keep getting set to "resolved-cancel." We did not see this status at all in our dev or stg environments. Any idea why this status would be getting set in Prod?
