Table columns are not fit to the section and not getting any horizontal scroll bar

i want to display the 17 columns table in a section. when i opened the user portal i am not able to see the labels and table is out of the section. i read some article if the columns are more we can get horizontal scroll in my issue i am not getting the horizontal scroll bar to the table.

in section i am directly created a table and embeded to main section by giving source page as D_page.

 

Please help me on it.
