System Architect Essentials(7.3)|Unable to find the fields on Onboarding case create form

Hi Team,

I tried to create the Onboarding case.It was working fine till yesterday.Today the fields on the Create form are missing.Its just giving the label:Employee when running the Onboarding case type.Unable to find why the fields are missing.Could you please help to check?
