System Architect Essentials v8: Assistance request not working
My course is not listed but I am taking the System Architect Essentials course for version 8. I am working in the provided exercise system on the first exercise -- Configuring a case type.
I have followed the given instructions to completion twice and am still getting an error when I run my case.
These are the instructions given:
I get to the first step and click 'done' but I never get the option of choosing 'no' on the next screen. I have tried to change the stage and but I get "Local actions are available only when you are performing the assignment" error.
I'm not sure what this error means or even how to fix it so that I am back on track.

Could you provide a screen capture of what you see after you click Done? Do you see the Enter customer information user view? I have attached a screenshot of what you should see after clicking Done.

I'm not sure why you're seeing a blank screen. Even if you have not configured the user views you should see buttons to advance to the next assignment. Are you able to refresh from the Actions menu?

I am seeing the same exact blank screen too. I have redone the whole excercise twice with no luck. Nor I am getting any error while creating the case type but it is not running for me.

Try to refresh the case from the actions menu. even if you don't configure any views The "No, advance the case" and "cancel" buttons should be displayed.
Make sure you configure the workflow in primary path and not in the optional actions

I did configure the workflow in the primary path. When i did this excercise 2 weeks back it did run for me. Then when I tried to run it again yesterday it did not work. Then I deleted the whole thing and redid it twice with no luck. I am kind of stuck as I cannot do the other excercises now. I am not getting any of Cancel and No, Advance this case buttons. Could you please help?

At the moment I can not do any exercise without the verification of the work. The other exercises can not be performed.

Same thing here... training environment takes forever to load and then, not being able to verify the exercises. Same blank page as the others are reporting.
Can we expect a solution soon or at least effective communication?

Do we have a solution to the below problem, I am seeing the Not available message since last 3 days.
"The exercise system is currently being extended to allow for more students. Please check again later"
