System Architect Certification not appearing after 10 days

Proof of passing

I took the PSA exam on 9/08 and received a passing score, though my certification does not show up in my Pega profile. I'm mostly confused because I took the Business Architect exam on 9/11 and that certification showed up just a few days later. Attached is proof of passing. Thanks for any help!
