Pega system does not my certification on System Architect

Hi,

My ID is @SUDIPS83 and email is [proprietary info removed by moderator]. I am a Pega member since 2019 and completed my certification on System Architect on 24th July 2019 but it is not reflecting under the certifications section in My Profile of Pega.

Attached are the screenshots and certification document for your review and reference.

Please help me to reflect the certification info. in My Profile screen.
