I have completed Pega CSSA 8.0 exam on February 2022 and Pega CSSA 8.8 Exam on August 2023. But My Verification Certification page, My original certification 8.0 is not displaying. instead it is shoiwng my new certification 8.8 version. Attached screen shot for the reference. 02-09-2024 I have raised ticket for this issue. but Support team sent below message (Screenshot attached). if only latest certification version is displaying to public site like certification verification site, then how companies will verify the original certification?

I've heard that Pega made changes in the verify page but only know that that if you complete the related mission on a higher version then it gets updated there. Looks like they're also overriding the latest certification version also. Do you see both versions in your Pega profile page and Pearson VUE?

Hi @Royal A
You can also verify your certification through Pega Academy’s “Verify Certification” page. Search using your email address. Verify the email address that should be the same as the certification email or not, if, It's the same, even if you get the same error.
Reach out to Pega Support by emailing **eddie.jm removed reference to wrong email address** and Explain the situation and request assistance.

Im using same mail id only and also Sent a Mail to [eddie.jm removed reference to wrong email address] but No proper response from Pega.

Have you used the same email ID for your previous 8.0 CSSA exam? if yes then please raise a ticket to support team
https://academy.pega.com/contact?

@AnkithaReddyR Im using same mail id only and also I have raised ticket to Pega Team. No proper response from Pega.

@Satya Reddi I have contacted Pega support team. But they are not responding properly
Hi @Royal A,
Your support case was escalated to me. I am investigating the issue.
As this issue involves PII (personally identifiable information), we should communicate through the support request, not here in a Public forum.
I will close this post so no one else can comment on it. I have already replied to your support request.
