Syncing old and new CRM

Hi, can someone please advise what would be the best approach to sync Pega with old CRM system. Old CRM is a fat client, .net framework. i.e. Need the ability to go from Pega to old CRM and vice versa so user would not have to re-enter information and increase call time. Is there a way to accomplish this.

Hello,

Without knowing what options your old CRM system has for things like APIs to pass data, is this something where a Robot could keep the two systems in sync?
