Synchronization Response Streamer in PEGA MOBILE
I am using 8.7.3 version and build PEGA Mobile for offline mode.
When first time user login, then i found error "Data synchronization failed".
and i checking logs i found like this:
Error occurred while saving data to database offlinehttp|DataSync|pzsynchronizationservice- DataSyncHandler | Can't process data sync. Last operation status is ''.
so how to fix? thank you

@samuelmarthins The message "Data synchronisation failed" may be caused by many different reasons. Consequently, without client and server logs, not much can be advised.
There were upgrade issues that needed some manual checks see here:
Troubleshooting mobile offline work items that do not always synchronize online
This problem occurs when changes to flows are rolled out to an offline-enabled application where you might still have the older version of the mobile app running on your device or have existing work completed on the older flow structure still on your device.
Best Practice: Create workbaskets to capture offline synchronization issues for all of your case types and check these workbaskets on a regular basis.

Make sure when configuring offline enabled application that it is done according to documentation and that you use OOTB worklist as described it in article Enabling case processing in offline-enabled mobile apps
ie not all customization is allowed.
