Support of XenApp 7.15 update 1 and Citrix Ready
Hello,
I checked the Application compaitability matrix and it lists XenApp 7.15 as a supported platform. But a potential client we are having discussion with mentioned they are using XenApp 7.15 update 1. Is it also supported?
Also they mentioned that they need to check whether our platform is approved by Citrix as Citrix Ready app as they are worried on their farm from our platform causing issues within and they need to make sure that Citrix would support them in that case.

The support guide for the Pega platform does not declare it to be "Citrix Ready," but that does not mean it will fail to work.
Regarding XenApp 7.15 update 1, I am not sure how much this differs from version 7.15, which is officially supported. You would need to try it on your end.

Thanks for the response HOULJ. This inquiries are requirements for a client to start a project supporting Citrix and we are looking for direct responses from Pega whether supported or not!
