i have understood the purpose(high level) and also seen what is difference between java string and string buffer ,basically to my understanding is to perform operations on a string which changes frequently and this string buffer operations are quite faster but want to know any live use cases which we achieved using this methods.

As you see we have many functions whatcomesfirst ,whatcomesafter like that in string library ,which usually can use and achieve the scenarios faced so far ,but what is the example of any practical use case drives the usage of this methods and if we are manipulating java variable we can do that using a function why to write an activity.

would like to know if there are any such uses cases available with community.
