Storing and Retrieving QR Code

There will be an app named ABC when a worker registers into this app a registration ID will be issued say: A123 and after this a QR need to be Generated for this ID. 

When the supervisor scans this QR he/she can be able to  see the details of the worker registered.

And QR need to be saved in SOR.
