Steps toward Improvement

I am Marketer with business background but with a very limited IT knowledge, I am studying the BA course now and I have a plan to continue studying after that.

  1. What is your recommendation as my next practical step to improve my career path ?
  2. Which course that will be helpful to me to enroll after finishing the BA course?

Hi MohamedS1119,

It all depends really on what you want to do next :-) 

You mention the BA course - is that the BA Essentials course with a view to do the exam?  It all really depends on what line of work you're in and what you're intending on doing post the exam.  Are you looking to stay as a BA, move more into the technical space...  If you wanted to increase your technical understanding with Pega, then have a look at the System Architects courses too (it really helps as a BA to have a good technical base understanding of Pega too)

You also mention that your a Marketeer - if this is a space that you're going & want to stay in, Pega offers some great courses for Marketeers.  If you go to Career Paths, and look at Decisioning Consultant the relevant course/exams are there..
