Steps to Install Pega Constellation via docker without app static server of constellation

Hi Team,

I dont have JFrog repository access. but wanted to install Pega Constellation image via docker with jenkins or kubernetes as well. looking for steps to install it.

Version im looking for anything above 23.1

Note : I dont have Access to Jfrog Repo from my organization. Can you please help me I do have access to all PDN, PDC etc
