Split for Each not getting executed

I have configured a split for each flow in Work-M class using a Pagelist which is created in Work class and defined in Work-M class.

But the flow called in split for each is not being invoked. Attached is the tracer events. S denotes Flow Split-for-Each Start and E denotes Flow Split-For-Each End.

Could you please guide on what could go wrong.
