Specializing Pega Pulse by showing partial information

Hi,

In 7.1.9 version we would like to leverage pega pulse in the following way

  1. Admin user (controlled by access role) can post a message and can read message
  2. Case user can only view a message

The use case admin can broadcast important events to all uses.

Is there any way to do it by mostly leveraging OOTB Pega Pulse feature. Would also be nice if any support document is available about the underneath data model and architecture of pega pulse

There is no easy way to customize it as most of the rules are marked as pz in 7.1.9.

In the latest release, there is a new gadget pxFeed where some of the sections can be customized.
