SOAP Connector exception while connecting to the external system-Unexpected character (code 34) in DOCTYPE declaration

Friends,

I am connecting an external system with Protocol TLS1.2 and getting the below exception,

Please check and let me know me the resolution for the below issue if anyone come across the same issue.

com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxUnexpectedCharException: Unexpected character (code 34) in DOCTYPE declaration; expected a space between public and system identifiers at javax.xml.stream.SerializableLocation@620c3d64

Hi , That means connect soap is getting some unexpected exception from middleware/service provider. Service Provider is sending exception details in HTML format because proper soap response is not configured in service provider/middleware application. Better to check with service provider/middleware team for exception details. They can find it in the logs.
