Smiley is not populating correctly

Hi,

Simley is not working properly in our application. LastNetPromoterCategory field is not getting populated in Interaction Data Page even when there are records in Interaction_History datapage. I have tried in sample application but its not working correclty in this application too.
We are using CSHC 7.21 on Pega 7.2.1

We have raised Pega SR but there is no luck yet. Its been open for 2 months now.

Hi,

Can you provide detail on what about the smiley face / sentiment indicator is not working correctly?

Also, did you get an SR number?

Hi,

SR Number is SR-B8227.

Scenario is When we wrap up an interaction for an id 123 with rating as 10 and when we launch a new interaction with same id 123, we should be able to see smiley face in interaction header as per the last interaction rating but thats not happening as Contact_MostInteraction data page is not getting populated for some reason even when there are records in Interaction_History datapage.
