Simple Display - File Attachments on Pega UI – Browse, Upload, view and delete the uploaded file/image options
How to achieve "Add a New File" in the simple manner?
It will be similar to adding the attachments in the Pega forums while posting the queries
Scenarios –
1. User should have an options to select a file/image (i.e. Call Attach Content control)
2. User should have an option to upload the file/image
3. User should have any option to see the uploaded image/file (In addition - Do we have any option to check the duplicate record and version control using OOTB?)
4. One click he should be able to view uploaded image/file or delete the uploaded documents
Is it possible feasible to achieve the logic without customization?

Most of this seems feasible, but is definitely going to require heavy customization. There is not a lot of OOTB stuff you and just drop in to achieve this requirement that I am aware of. Especially point 3, not sure how you will achieve that. That alone sounds like a very difficult requirement to achieve.
