Signature capture tools to be used in Pega application
We are using Pega 7.2.1 and are looking for alternative options to use for signature capture. The requirements have not been fully defined but we know we need to accommodate 5,000 users, validate on server and capture as a part of the case. Solution must pass client legal department approval. I believe the signature capture control in Pega will not be secure and DocuSign is the obvious solution but the clients contract with DocuSign may not allow for feasible use. Has anyone used any alternate methods of signature capture/verification in previous Pega projects that could share their input and experience?

You are right. I see a lot of Ducusign/Pega integration documents, e.g., https://community.pega.com/integrating-docusign-pega-7-platform/integrating-docusign-pega-7-platform, but not much for other Docusign competitors. In theory, as long as other vendors have REST service support. It would be the similar.
