session should log out after 12 hours of inactivity
Hi All,
We have a requirement where in we need to Log off the Session on 12 hours of inactivity and show the pega login screen again. we have tried creating an DSS prconfig/timeout/application and set the value to 43200 seconds.
This approach is not working as the users are able to work on the case even if it is more than 12 hours.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated

Hello,
There are two different time outs to consider that behave differently. One is browser and the other is application.Difference between both is one is for Browser session and the other is for service.The time out that you are trying is for service.Can you please try creating the following DSS prconfig/timeout/browser and set the value to 43200 seconds.
