Service Package - Connection Pooling Longest Wait time
Why do we see longest wait time(sec) even though Most active is not reached to maximum allowed active requestors. Here in the below case, longest wait time is 21 seconds to get requestor. Most idle & Most active are not peaked out but still observing wait time. What could be the possible scenarios for this type of behavior?
