sending Email notfication to work group based on when "pyOpAvailable " satatus will chage from "true" to "false"

Hi All,

I have requirement i.e sending Email notfication to work group based on when "pyOpAvailable " status will change from "true" to "false" .

can you please tell me the steps need to do ..?

Declare on change is not working here .Iam not using this property in UI i have to write Activity send notification mail when pyopvalible = true or false .In this activity i will run periodically  through agent.
