Send Report through mail in the form of pdf

How to send report(created in report defnition) through mail in the form of attachment(.pdf)

You can able to use the Schedule report option to send the report in a mail in PDF format in report browser.

The above shared video has some troubleshooting tips for scheduled reports failure, may be you can try those suggestions and cross check in the logs for any errors related to the send mail failure error messages, if any.

There are other ways of accomplishing this as well.
1) Generate the pdf and attach it with the case and hence u will have the link-attachment key . You can call the OOTB activity SendEmailWithAttachment to send email with the pdf.
2) Download the pdf in the export directory and then attach it to ur mail and finally delete from the export directory.
