Send mail by Notify Party attaching a specified file from attachment list
Can I send mail by Notify Party (in SLA rule) attaching a specified file from attachment list?
Per below setting, I can attached files of specified category, but unable attach a specified file. E.g. I specify the file by name, etc. Thanks!

If I want to attach one of mails in attachments list, is it possible that I copy the mail to a new file with diff category so that I can attach it only?

@MaxonL16591286 yes right, you can change the category of that email which is attached to the case to a specific category (eg:- email cat), then you can use that to send email.
@MaxonL16591286 Sending specific file by file name would not be possible. You will have to categorize that specific attachment to specific seperate category and use that category to send attachment with email.
