SECU0016 Alert logging entries

We use Pega 8.4.3 and we are facing SECU0016 Alert logging entries...I have got basic information about this in the following links

But not able to understand the background behind this alert. Hence, asking for additional documentation. on how to handle this alert and potential fix.

I would suggest opening an INC- to have this reviewed.  You will need to provide the security alerts to see where thsoe alerts are originating from and if it is all the same rule or different rules here.
