secu0001-alert-unexpected-properties-received-http-request

Daily we are getting huge number of  secu001 and secu008 alerts in alert logs.

secu001:

>> Unexpected properties received in HTTP request : URLAccessDetail ActionTampered Unknown reason.

>>Unexpected properties received in HTTP request : The following unexpected properties were received in an HTTP request for Thread TABTHREAD5: Declare_pyDisplay.pyDCDisplayState.pyActiveDocumentType

secu008 : Cross Site Request Forgery attack detected and was blocked : URLAccessDetail CSRFAttack Invalid harness ID HIDEBB1A4857295F5F347343967ABE811F4

Looks like these security alerts so do we really concern about them from performance perspective ?if yes then how to resolve them and what would be the possible use case involved around it?
