We are getting SECU0001 security alerts when we try to update the fields on UI.

Flow - Form completion --> Approval --> Send for Repair --> Form completion

We are able to add/modify data in Form completion (screen1)

When the form is sent back for Repair, the same Form completion screen will be displayed with the initially entered data.

In this screen for most of the fields configured as Text Box control, on updating the values and on tab out, previous value is displayed instead of updated value. The same field is being updated with the latest value when we update for the second time.

Consider user have filled the form for field 'Name' as 'Test user'. When the form is being sent back to the user for adjustments, user will see the value as 'Test user'.

Now when user updates the value to 'Test user2', on tab out, initial value 'Test user' is being set (latest value not posted)

For the second time when the user updates the value to 'Test user2' the value is posted to he clipboard.

Any solution to fix the SECU0001 security alert?

I've referred few articles and couldn't find the solution for Pega 7.2.2 version.
