My requirement is to go to a specific page when i click on the other action menu list. A navigation rule is running in the other action menu and i think Script function "pega.ui.HarnessActions.handleMenuAction". is used to do the functionality. How to add a new item to the navigation rule and configure the script function for my requirement.
Generally, if we go to live UI and open the other action button we can then go to action tab we will see a menu configured and we can open that menu a navigation rule is configured once we open the navigation rule we will see different appearing in the other actions so we will define here the new action
Click on add to add new item and enter the label and in the actions tab place run script OOTB function and save it you will able use it. But these all the pega OOTB features you need to save to your ruleset and use so that rule resolution picks first from your ruleset.

You can try to search for "pega.ui.HarnessActions.handleMenuAction" in designer studio with All Content option instead of Name search. Then you will get all the references where it has been used and i searched in Pega 7.3 then found a sample rule Work-.pyBaseNavigation navigation rule as shown in the attachment.
Kindly go through the rule and understand the way to add new menu item in your navigation rule then use the Run Script to call your own function.
