Screen distortion in IE if user tries to click on switch apps(after upgrading to pega 7)
Screen distortion in IE if I click on switch apps(Sub menu is coming on right side even though it's configured in left).In Firefox it's working fine.
Menu configuration:
Sub menu alignment:Left

Can you please elaborate the use case with screenshots. Also what is the PRPC version you are using ? (pls mention from which version it is upgraded to and from).

Hi Mounika,
Recently upgraded the system from PRPC v6.2 SP2 to Pega 7.1.8. When the user tries to switch the access group, the sub menu is displayed onto the right side by shifting the screen. This behavior is observed in IE 11 browser.It's working fine in Firefox.
