Saving a rule takes time

While i am saving a rule or a data instance it takes more than 30 seconds.

We see a Pega0001 alert and pxCommitDateTime is around 30 seconds.

When I trace i see step 6 of @baseclass WBSave where the COMMIT step takes time.

Issue happens only in one environment. I have checked all settings but it seems to be correct.

Any ideas?

Investigate the Database Activity during the time you perform this save. 

Most likely the DB Read and Writes must have wait times, that could be because of either High CPU on DB or Low Disk Response etc., 

Check if you have any PEGA002, usually it's an indication for these problems.
