Rule Resolution is not taking the Latest rule .. Some times takes the deleted rule
HI ,
We are using the OOTB SOAP service to migrate the rule from our 7.1.9 env. to a cloud 7.1.9 env. I can see that rule is imported and saved .. Able to open the rule in Cloud env post SOAP Call .but when I am running a scenario which will use the new rule it does not execute the rule new version .
I have already checked that System Pulse is running as expected and with 60 sec update and is updated as per pr_sys_statusnodes table.

Please check if the new version rule is in ruleset that comes in operators rule stack list. You can do this by Operator Icon -> Operator Profile.

Can it be a cache related issue? Is the behaviour same even after the clear restart( with temp deleted from server)?
You can also clear cache from SMA.
