Saving data to a system of record : CHALLENGE

Hi, 

Im trying to finish this challenge but im getting the following error.

.pyModel— Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: Rule-Obj-Model GoGo-GoGoRoad-Work-AssistanceRequest.UpdateCustomerEnrollment.

Let me know how to solve this error. (Attached an image for reference)
