Hi,
While importing package in higher environment, I am getting the below error.
Save Failed; Internal state is compromised; cannot add new ruleset list Import to the database
Would you please help me to understand the issue ?

Hi,
Is this happening again and again?
This error usually comes when there is a temporary outage of database or there are some issues with the datasource configuration. Maybe datasource connection failed.
- Check if there were any issues with the database.
-Check the JDBC datasource configurations on the app server side
Check the logs for any database issue, if there is error related to DB try fixing them.

Thanks for the reply.
Recently we got table space error in DB. Due to that some changes made in DB. I will check the action points those you suggested.
